Chief Press Secretary to Kaduna State Governor Muhammed Shehu Lawal (Molash) has promised a renewed and robust relationship with journalist (NUJ) in the state for effective service delivery.
The Chief Press Secretary stated this while on a visit to at the Nigeria Union Of Journalists Secretariat in Kaduna.
He observed that the journalist are strong pillars in the development of every society taking cognizance of the roles played by the media professionals in the entrenchment of democracy in Nigeria.
Mallam Muhammed Shehu Lawal (Molash) pointed out that the state governor Mallam Uba Sani has set out to achieve a sustainable agenda which include security, upgrading of infrastructure, Human Development trade and investment among others which can not be achieved without a robust media engagement.
Responding, the NUJ Chairman, Comrade Asma’u Yawo Halilu commended the bold step taken by the Chief Press Secretary to work in cordial relationship and in harmony with the journalist with all journalist in the state.
